If you have no mic with your head phones then don't worry!! I have a trick for you to use head phones as mic.
1- Plugin your headphones pin into mic slot on sound card.
2- Open volume control and make sure that the mic volume is full and it is not set to mute.
3- Open voice recorder and record your voice by speaking into ear phones. You will se that your voice is being recorded.
